I’m trying to get more interesting shots out of the #Insta360. For a smaller ride here with @hillfamilybiking.org, this was okay. Anyone have other ideas for filming our big group rides? Not really looking to show my own ride perspective, but rather documenting others on the ride.

The 1st time I ever heard of a “Hard Disk” was in Commodore Magazine about this future technology and how this woman had lost a novel she was writing because it was only on her hard disk. I read the whole article assuming they meant the 3.5” disks. I was like, why couldn’t she take the disk out?

I try to be reasonable, but I do ask my residents to show their pre-op plans in our indications conference with the cases. Not to be performative, but to lead by example.

I’m curious to hear what your best use cases have been so far. I have found them to be excellent for anatomically accurate teaching models, but having a hard time finding a clinically useful niche for them. Deformity correction is an obvious one but not commonplace in my practice.
