I’ve been wondering that as well. GOP controls more states but Dem states tend to be more populous and thus have more seats. Unfortunately Florida and Texas are big and red.

As repugnant as it is, if they’re going to do it we have to do it, too. Of course it would be better if no one gerrymandered, but we have to fight fire with fire. Otherwise we can take the high road all the way to the end of our Democracy and the American experiment.
