Back to school this past week. Weather people lied to us all, and we had no snow or ice. So we were just so cold and very wet. 🤣 The kids were happy to be back though. It was good to see them all. I love what I do.

A binder clip works as a hair clip in a pinch I discovered today while lesson planning and grading on a Saturday for 6 hours…but also…it’s kind of chic..

Yeah…I never understood that there were people who didn’t actually have an internal dialogue…I have full on epic conversations, arguments, etc…it’s chaos…

As a teacher, I needed this reminder. I every so often take a reading vacation and get frustrated with myself because I’m not reading anything at home but then I realize I’m reading all day at work. And then I’ll read three novels in a weekend.

Currently just needing a safe place to vent. Feeling overworked and under appreciated. I give 110% of myself day in and day out. It seems like that still isn’t enough or appreciated. I’m terrified I’m going to drop something and mess up and then everyone will be like see…anyway just needed to say it

Books. You don’t get to choose for others what they can or cannot read. Choose for yourself. Choose for your kid. But you don’t get to choose for me or my kid. Why is this so hard to comprehend?
