Lori Chavez-DeRemer was a mediocre mayor of a Portland suburb and a one term 4th District congresswoman who was a Trump hack. She doesn't know what she's talking about. I'm not sure she still has a home here.

I live in the Portland burbs. I go into Portland at least a couple of times a week. Sometimes I drive down Macadam Avenue right by the ICE facility. I have never seen it be anything but peaceful, although I know there have been some protests. We are not under siege.
