Indiana plans to:
- Repeal all NFPA standards amendments/repeals
- Adopt to the latest ICC codes (IFC and IBC 2024)
- Adopt the latest NFPA standards (10, 70, 72, 101, 13, etc.)
Indiana is expected to update their codes and standards as soon as tomorrow. This includes NFPA standards, as well as the fire and building codes. There will probably be no amendments done to the codes because HEA 1575 prevents any deregulation or over-regulation of these codes/standards.
