I have to rotate my Facebook password periodically because I get around 5-10 password reset emails a week, and I simply cannot spend the time it would take to investigate that. Just gotta assume the attempts are unsuccessful and that my family will tell me if I start posting crypto scams.

Board game friends: you’ve gotta check out this kickstarter. _That’s the Spirit_ is a truly unique take on a deduction game—nobody knows for sure who’s guilty until the big reveal at the end! I’ve played many versions of the game over the last few months, and it’s been wonderful seeing it evolve.

Might be worth looking into Pico-8. It’s a fantasy game console with builtin editors for code, sprite graphics, and sound. It’s focused toward game design, but there’s nothing restricting it from making general interactive art. It’s programmable in Lua, and it’s easy to share programs.

I know that feeling. Spent the last few days in a better programming flow state than I’ve been in for a long time (while writing totally frameworkless JavaScript, of all things!). Now it’s time to relax, maybe do a little cooking. Go play some board games with some friends.

$50 seems very reasonable to me for a game with elaborate handmade components/packaging.
