It’s pretty easy!

oh yes, both had the biggest change in how much tax reduce the Gini (in the time observed and for countries available). In Ireland, the most recent taxes reduce more the Gini then before, while in Netherlands the influence of more recent taxes in the reduction of Gini has decreased.
