Yesterday I ate the average calorie intake of people in Gaza: around 250-500. I went to bed hungry. I can't image how difficult it must be to go to bed hungry every night and not know where your next meal is coming from. Although I was hungry, there was food in the house and that I wouldn't starve.

I am fasting again today in solidarity with people in Gaza and to highlight the genocide taking place there. I miss lunch and will only drink water during the day.
