I'm wondering how most people get by.It's seems very few would be at the level to break even. Health care costs has been the biggest issue for my family. We live in a relative cheap area of the country, but have to make on one income.
People die too young when they can't afford decent health care.

Scientists thought they understood global warming. Then the past three years happened.
The fastest warming period since 1880 occurred in the past 30 years, according to a Washington Post analysis of NASA data.
Gift article from WaPo: how Earth's warming is accelerating.
Meanwhile we are repealing the EPA Endangerment Finding today ... and the editorials for WaPo applaud this move. Do they read their own paper?. (No I'm not gifting this dreck www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/202...)

Measles β NFID
Measles is a highly contagious respiratory disease that can result in severe and sometimes permanent complications including pneumonia, seizures, brain damage, and even death
This is serious to me. I don't get the thinking.
1 in 5 unvaxed in US who get measles will be hospitalized (risk higher in kids < 5 yrs)
1 in 1,000 w/ measles develop brain swelling, could lead to brain damage
1-3 out of 1,000 w/ measles will die, even with the best care

AI response "Viagra (sildenafil) is not currently banned for Olympians by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), despite its known use to enhance performance......"

I'm didn't follow all the connections to Russia & it most likely was the BBC I was listening to on NPR, but I did hear a discussion about Norwegian royalty, Russia & Epstein discussed today. While my dog begged for food & I made coffee.

With the shortage of HCWs & the huge cost of getting health care. All the anti-vax decisions of individuals will increase my costs&risks.Ppl thinks it's an individual decision, but it greatly impacts us all.
Pertussis spread by anti-vax 15yrs ago could have killed a newborn I knew in a vaxing family.

AI is a manifestation of what the majority of humans think. It might be easier to point AI in the right direction with some research & facts than humans.

As I get older I see more clearly how stupid humans are.
I heard the president of the soybean grows association say himself he voted for the US republican president 3 times. How could a soybean grow not learn anything from doing that move the 1st time around.

Sounds great, but I can almost guarantee I will not get access to metformin if I test positive for CoVid. Talking to med prof about the impact of CoVid infections seems useless at this point. Also, CoVid tests are costly & many mild CoVid infections that seem like nothing lead to long CoVid.

This made me think about how soybean grows in the USA now have no market in China. They aren't making money off China, but still I heard many voted for that republican president multiple times. It's odd how lessons weren't learned the 1st time around.

I just read about funding being pulled in Florida, USA with the ACA not being funded just before I read this. People with HIV will not be able to afford care & that will go for long CoVid treatment as well.

I would agree no thinking going on. It will come back & get them all. There is no way it benefits anyone to increase the viral load of HIV in the population.
My 1st patient with HIV in 1989 was an infant. Both parents dying from AIDS & couldn't care for her.

I do not understand the voters for trump. I know a disabled person, gay person, in-law immigrants that voted trump.
The president of soybean association voted for him "3 times" Why??It was so clear the 1st time around he was detrimental to all these ppl that voted for him. I'm still baffled.

Generally, I find that people that do that sort of thing to others do not have as broad of knowledge as they think and are not very good thinkers. They might just have memorized a bunch of stuff. In stead of making fun of others they could spend their time figuring out what you know that they don't.

I imagine that some Pleistocene brown bears evolved into the polar bears in similar and persistent in time conditions.
There should have been many such natural experiments, of big cats of different kind hunting seals, in the old past.
