The desktop web interface isn't much better, but at least I can do everything without having to turn off VoiceOver to tap or scroll something.

Not to mention all the unlabeled buttons, broken text fields, lack of custom actions, and other problems that make this app really difficult to use.

I do not know if this app shares any UI code with the Twitter app, but it shares the inability of voiceover to navigate through more than a few items in the timeline without focus going somewhere it should not.
