I created the business in 2013, as the HR Community was asking me for consultative partnership and dedicated help for their own teams. Here we are 13 years later! I only select a few searches at a time to provide a deep level of partnership, and love helping my clients staff their HR team efficiently. 🗣️ “ And you also offer services for those of us looking to solve some hiring challenges, right?” ☑️ Right! Over these last 13 years, needs continue to evolve and emerge. Some clients hire me to upskill their TA team (wanting to transition their corporate recruiting team from “order takers” to “strategic advisors”). Others want me to train their hiring managers. Others bring me in to audit their hiring process to create a more efficient journey. Others have me lead a series of webinars, or speaking engagements. The options are endless! 🎨 All of my solutions with clients are bespoke.
