Yes my organization was cut from HUD funding a few weeks ago because our website and LinkedIn profiles expressed support for equity - regardless of the fact that we did not use federal funds for that work. 16 colleagues laid off on Thursday/Friday because of the funding loss. Devastating!

Last night we filed a NEW motion and declaration in our case of NCN v OMB. We're asking the judge to clarify that Continuum of Care (CoC) grants that’ve been awarded are covered under the court’s Preliminary Injunction preventing the administration from implementing broad federal funding freezes.
