So here i am posting what for me is one of the best things i have finished for monsters in the game. Every monster in the game when spawning has a chance to be automatically altered by the server itself making different versions!! It is amazing! Very powerful.

Apologies for the silence!
I’ve been away on a much-needed vacation and had zero cell reception the entire time. That’s why there haven’t been any updates on the game lately. I’m back now, recharged, and ready to share frequent updates again. Thanks for your patience and support! #indiedev #gamedev

Alright!!! Finally done!!! I had a lot of issues getting it to work as it was breaking the screen every time i logged ij the game.

I fixed it and it is working! Blood splatters working also! Tonight i will have a clip!

Started working on getting the monsters in, have it almost done but my son(1 year old) has chickenpox so he was crying all night and i could not finish it. Will continue tonight.

Gonna try adding a new monster tonight, and maybe carve out a small cave for it to lurk in…
Let’s see how far we get!

It is really starting to come together. Got the flooring working now!! Stairs was a bit of a pain to get it going with the correct direction but it is working! Now i need to start detailing the mountain 😁

The hardest part is getting the sprites in perfectly! And then setting all the flags for them.. but once that is done it all comes together! I am loving this progress!!

Added a sprite randomizer in my mapeditor! So now i can randomize a sprite with the amount of sprites i want and add % chances to them!

This is amazing and it helps a lot!

Its bigger than it looks by the way 😱 undergrounds and mountains are also in the map 😁

Start area is as good as done! Soon i will show a few in game shots and i can start showing off some spells and skills!

So i have been experimenting with different engines and also in the process of making my own to see which one fits my needs better.
