A comics landmark. 40 years ago, Love and Rockets #13 was released. It includes Daniel Clowes’s first comic to be published by Fantagraphics. I couldn’t verify the precise on-sale date, but it has an August 1985 first printing date, another poster seems confident it was out this week 40 yrs ago.
