This evening's hot take: Any media reviewer online will tell you "(x) WAS TRASH!!!" vids get way more traffic than "(x) was great!" vids, and since traffic is tied directly to income, the deleterious effects of that simple fact on the media criticism community has been painfully obvious. It sucks.
