I resent the HHS secretary’s weighing in on this. You’re severely damaging science and medicine.

To be clear, there is absolutely a need for the medication in pregnancy (fever, pain). But is there plausible evidence that it can be harmful with prolonged exposures and in certain vulnerable conditions/genotypes? Yes.

RFK Jr and science cannot know with any certainty that #acetaminophen or #tylenol contribute to #autism. There’s evidence for and against a causal association. Remarkable to me how unqualified people think they’re right when it’s very complicated and nuanced.

The next days and months and years will demand from all of us great courage — and solidarity. Be prepared.
