One of the first ATCs I ever painted in January 2023. I had just started experimenting with watercolors since I was a kid and was really excited about the effects you could achieve with highlights and layers on top of each other.

After a long phase without inspiration, I began painting circles that became colorful pebbles. It was good practice and a nice change from my usual landscapes or characters. I still enjoy this pattern today...

A hand mit was ret glittery painted thumb holding a small watercolor painting depicting a barren, snow-covered forest landscape in gray and white. A black fog monster with bright yellow eyes, elongated ears sticking out to the sides, and horns slowly rises above the treetops. It is reminiscent of Krampus.

I painted this little fog monster in 2023. My take on #Krampus, I guess... 👹🖤🎄
