That’s a good question. In the preprint we present data that in our view suggest rhythmic GP340 mediated entry of S aureus into mammalian epithelial cells. See also Tsujihana et al 2022 for a CXCL14 mediated immune rhythm. But if S aureus itself has a clock is unpublished.
