Thanks, but it really wasn’t. Illness curtailed my last three weeks of training. The result of which meant the last three miles became a real mental battle, which I lost! Still got round I suppose and work has raised a decent amount so all good 🙂

Did the Rugby Half Marathon yesterday with work, raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust! Undulating course that punished my lack of preparation during the final 3 miles. 🤣 #MedalMonday #RunChat #UKRunchat
