Didn’t use the 1717 West Parish Meetinghouse in Barnstable (oldest Congregational church in the world, as the congregation was founded in 1616) to illustrate the section on Congregationalism in New England.

My photo shows a Roman bronze dragon’s head from a military standard carried by Roman cavalry. The head is elongated with open jaws. The top and bottom jaws are lined with sharp triangular teeth. The top of the snout has diagonal ridges. It has a single round eye socket. The rear of the head and neck is textured with scales. At the top of the head there is a short, jagged, fin-like, upright crest. The bronze surface is weathered with greenish and gold patches. It is mounted on a dark stand in a museum display case.

Highlighted some portions that jumped out at me from Magistrate Judge Gabriel Fuentes' order today, dismissing the federal assault case against Dana Briggs.

With Briggs' case dismissed, the govt is 0-5 on the five people charged in relation to a Sept. 27 protest at the Broadview ICE facility.

The thing is, they lie. Over and over and over again. I don't think there's been a single incident in Chicago where their initial account proved out. Reporters should simply *not* be reporting what they say as fact, ever.

They lie. They lie. They lie. This was obviously bullshit on day one, and they kept digging in and digging in and now they're forced to admit it was bullshit all along.
