Indeed! I sometimes wonder what my great-grandmother would think if I could show her the variety of plants and foods I can have delivered to my doorstep.

I am a chronic underuser of the chickpea. My kitchen is stocked at present with black beans, red and yellow lentils, tofu, and shelled edamame.

Seven years ago Klatch did a perfect job roasting a batch from Worka and could generally be trusted to produce excellent roasts. Worka hasn't topped that year and Klatch...well, I'm inclined to imagine one or more of them lost some olfaction to COVID.
