Good. I know US citizens and permanent residents both who were stopped arbitrarily in Southern California. It’s wrong, it profiles people in violation of every non-discrimination policy.

Do they buy you drinks or feed you? Seems like a good superpower.

Life is fucking short. A friend of my wife’s and mine from law school died suddenly and unexpectedly last month and we just learned about it a moment ago. Just in shock. We were just together in Puerto Rico recently. Damn.

Today in 1996, China conducted its 45th and final nuclear weapon test, an underground explosion measuring between 1 to 5 kilotons at the Lop Nor Nuclear Test Base. This was also the last nuclear test by any permanent member of the UN Security Council. Two months later, China signed the CTBT.
