stress/failure/danger. So very intentionally choosing inefficiency and discrete steps in small things helps somewhat (at least in the moment) in reducing that threat (and, in my case, attendant recrimination) feeling. So, going slow does, in fact, make me feel better, to my great annoyance.

Along the same lines I've been trying to do some things intentionally inefficiently, lately. One trip for plate, another trip for glass, etc. One thing at a time and not allowing myself to multitask. I def have issues around perfectionism and anything less than optimal efficiency feeling like
