This video is everywhere because it's a hilarious visual refutation of Portland being on fire. You can't get a mass movement going without convincing the masses

After that job and century ended, I still went back often and took hundreds of photos. These are all from various months of 2010. It’s a wondrous place that has too often been neglected.

Fair Park is one of my favorite places.

When I lived near Woodrow in the ’90s, I rode my bike there every day before my second-shift cubicle job downtown. Almost always had the entire park to myself.

It’s so frustrating to know its incredible potential while it has languished and deteriorated.
