The rust streaks where done using oil paint. Just dab a dot on and get a flat slightly damp brush (I use Sandsor as the thinner) and pull down. For the rust in the recesses, it'd just normal acrylic paint (rhinox hide and bestigor flesh) thinned down heavily and applied using a pin washing technique
