Alviti's RIDOT is terrible. They continue to give egress on the state roads which causes backups on our secondary roads. The expense to our public safety because RIDOT hasn't managed roads well costs EG.

I have been complaining about Alviti forever. EG main roads are all state rds. That includes Main St (rt 1) and South County Trail (rt 2). We've been asking for sidewalks (which shouldn't be controversial) and repaving and lights syncing and traffic calming forever.
