In that i researched the particular model of stove.. to the point where i deduced it's at LEAST 20-30 years old, the retailer no longer exists and pointed out that the manual which i had to dig up had no troubleshooting info in it.

same issue in 2021, had it fixed, happened again more recently with a new wrinkle: Oven trips the breaker after about 15 minutes anywhere north of 150C, We told the property manager new girl got back to us with a "did you check the manual to troubleshoot it?"

It's a stove, they either work or not.
