Weekly Soup Review #3 - home made chili
I love chili, and this tomato-based with ground beef, kidney beans, and onions is just to my taste. Made yesterday, so flavors have melded nicely. With light sour cream to taste. 9 out of 10 because it could have simmered longer.
Q: is chili a soup?

Specialty Selected Baked Potato with Bacon soup. Another shelf stable, packaged in plastic, microwavable soup.
This one was tasty, once again due to a high sodium content. Potatoes were soft for my taste and bacon too fatty, but not bad. 6 of 10
