I think those are false choices in that the ACA was never meant to fix healthcare. It was meant to provide access to healthcare for more people. I don’t condone murder. I believe insurance companies find clever ways to profit - even with the ACA. The problem is the insurance industry

I wouldn’t say it’s ignorance. It’s more of a value, moral or ethic (or lack thereof).
