Tripled the pancake batter this year and it still only just made enough. 🤭 Toppings were lemon juice & sugar and also banana with chocolate hazelnut spread & clotted cream. A great distraction from having to go back work tomorrow after a long weekend. 🥞

I saw a beautiful little stoat in the wild this afternoon. It was a very lucky stoat because I spotted it running across the road in front of my car whilst I was accelerating down a slip road! We both survived, even though my heart was in my mouth for a few seconds!
