Even if a lower human population wouldn't fix climate change quickly, my suspicion is that it would be great for the planet and humanity if there were less of us.

Business leaders could push the US to create the best public education system in the world so that we have highly educated citizens who know how to do things and we develop everyone's talents and abilities.
