The PhD stipend is higher and is still below the poverty line. I kinda just assumed all placements would get the same as the PhD stipend…$650ish/week. But then honours students who basically do a 9 month FT placement still get nothing ensuring we enrich academia for rich folks

yes, rental properties are homes for the tenants. No, tenants are not liable for CGT, they just pay the mortgage for the landlord. CGT is payable by landlords on the profits they get when selling their properties that are <not> their home.
