This - by an EHRC Commissioner - is a *defence* of the impact of the Supreme Court judgement.

The impact is obviously, and quite deliberately, to exclude trans people from public spaces, and to claim that it's fine, legally, politically and morally. Absolutely shameful.

The violent rage against trans people because they won't roll over and die is quite something isn't it

Katy is right about this, as usual, and further, what this ruling does it basically make it unsafe to be a non-feminine woman, or one who doesn't meet the beauty standard generally, in public. It's a movement to push women back into the domestic sphere.
