it is not uncommon to be unable to get an appointment for days bc of this 🫠 they do not offer any kind of online appointments and you can't walk in to get an appointment anymore. plus I work from 6am and 8.30am is when I'm especially busy (bakery) and don't have time to be on the phone for hours

today's goblin did phone the doctor but to renew my prescription they need me to make a SEPARATE appointment just to speak to the doctor. I guess I get why they need to do this from time to time however: the only way to get an appointment is to phone at 8.30 when everyone else is phoning
