If you can do grimdark I highly recommend Anna Stephens' Songs of the Drowned trilogy, which starts with The Stone Knife. Beautifully written, multiple POV and one of the main female protagonists is deaf, signing is widely used and deafness is an advantage in the particular society (for reasons...)
