Nah, US has been doing it to us for years and their lack of understanding is hilarious. Hopefully the reverse is also true.

NHS is great for emergency stuff. For non-urgent care, even if painful and debilitating, not so good. Excessive wait times mean a lot of people go private if they can afford it. We already have a two tier health service.

He has no right to complain if he doesn’t pay his taxes here.
