Just to be clear, I have no idea what I'm doing at pretty much any given point in time.
The beauty is that we don't HAVE to know, other than to meet each moment with love and care, whatever that specific moment needs.

Back to this Maintenance Phase episode today. Workplace wellness challenges tend to be pretty ableist among other things, and just out of their lane. Usually our work is not our doctors. AND they deny the systemic issues of providing better wages, PTO, and better healthcare overall as true wellness.

book 23 for '25. Don't limit yourself to what seems like a book-enough book to you. They all count: kids' books, audiobooks, poetry, graphic novels, etc etc. Reading is the point. Find what engages you.
Same goes with any habit you want to keep; doing things you actually like will keep you going.
