yeah they're really cool but pretty far from my current set up / resources... i have the mpc which gives me the most flexibility with samples loaded and patterns pre-made, but i also have a squid salmple in eurorack and a beatstep pro which lets me play and sequence it.

a combination! I've made so much beats in my life but almost never prepared them to be performed live. i have a modbap set coming up at the next Catalyst (Targ, Sept 18) and i want to do it good.

if you play beats live on hardware, give me your tips and tricks. especially if the hardware is an MPC 2500 or eurorack that isn't techno or ambient.
