Unrelated to seeing Warren Buffet just now, but I've been thinking that I need a business mentor to help me get better at it.

I don't want a life coach or motivational whatnot but just someone savvy who might mentor me so I feel less dumb.

Omaha is cool and breezy and overcast and I am ready for fall

From afar, there's definitely an authenticity that is special

But only the positive side I bumped to 55 lbs for supported rows, my b stance dumbell rdls were perfect and my hip abduction is at 120 lbs for 2 sets of 8 which is a step up for me.

Absolutely terrible work out. Maxed out my bench at 115, what a puny little person.

Then a lady loaded up the trap bar with 10s and left it there while she wandered around the gym to warm up I guess so I did all my sets with the regular bar before she even did one rep
