Yeah, I'm very much against all US prisons but I agree with what you said. For profit immigration detention creates a strong financial incentive to keep ppl locked up longer than our cruel laws would even deem "necessary" bc every person held captive is seen as nothing more than profit

Well, here in MN I am v against them. There are too many unknowns in a winter landscape, the testing is all from places where the weather is generally quite consistent so I simply do not feel ready to put my trust in them. I'd prefer radical investments in public transit, which we know is VERY safe

I'm not suggesting they are covering up major crashes. I'm saying that I don't trust a company that makes a product that can easily kill and maim people being responsible for saying their product is safe. We need regulations for that.
