Maybe I’m just cooked from getting my UIM past 1500 total level, but this bossing inventory feels luxurious.

(Forget UB drama, I want more small interesting products like Signature Spellbooks for LGS’s than the constant glut of Secret Lairs I just can’t care about anymore.

Also LGS distribution for product has gotten really bad and that makes it actively difficult to purchase my usual Bundle per set)

That said, for all the talk about the Spiderman as a set and UB being as dominant as it, I’ve definitely reduced how much I think about Magic the last few months.

I’ll just enjoy the game when the mood strikes and not worry about its machinations I can’t control, nor the constant fandom drama.

Tangental, for all the buzz about Spiderman as a set they’re still just Magic cards, many of them quite neat, and actually holding the cardboard really cements that.

Heroic Intervention on a Spiderman is both really flavorful and going to be a very fun card to play as a resident body spam enjoyer.

Logan’s Run (1976)

This was a delicious sci-fi classic to chew on. I really enjoyed how it felt like it was gearing up towards an ending then went on for another hour, surprising me as much as the characters are.

Great 70’s set design, and I appreciated the quieter moments of the film.

Took a minute to reconsider my gear and added an empty god book for +5 Prayer, +3 Range Bonus via camping the Addy Kite the whole caves. Now it's just for a tank switch for waves.

Fight Caves attempt take 1 ended in dying to a meleer on Wave 48 that I was unable to safespot, but the run was already scuffed via underestimating my prayer supplies.

Take 2, now with +12 Prayer Pot doses and some of the rust knocked off

Etherial, poignant and deeply human — this is one of those pieces of media that sits in my soul.
