AppKit was my first team as an engineer at Apple, so in a sense this is a homecoming. It's also an exciting chance to work on an area of the framework that's brand new to me. Every change is bittersweet and I'm incredibly proud of the work I've done for visionOS and the people I got to do it with.

I'm excited to share that on Monday I start with the AppKit team at Apple! It's been incredible to work with the amazing visionOS UI frameworks team the last few years and bring spatial computing to life. The Mac was the computer that made me love computers and I'm so excited to work on it again.
