I was at a comic show where he was speaking. Late 90’s. He said that Columbine School Shootings were “revenge” and some of the crowd started clapping. I was probably 19 or 20 at the time and remember being pretty shocked by all that.

I think it’s just terrible. The end goal (intended or unintended) is for humans to lose all critical thinking and creativity.

Spoke to a HS teacher friend, and they are already changing assignments from “write this book report or term paper” to “read this AI generated one and find the inaccuracies”.

I’d imagine they would rather Trump wins than “the other one”. If Trump wins decisively they can just say that he was an unbeatable juggernaut and happily run in 2028. Great point. I don’t think one or the other will drop out to block Trump and, well, preserve democracy or whatever.
