It may be distasteful but it is not illegal to mock someone's death and it should not warrant arrest, ever. The 1st Amendment exists specifically to protect disfavored speech and what is happening now is one of the greatest threats to free speech in the United States.

Some sources say this may not be the same Tyler Robinson, however there is a very statistically small chance that another person named Tyler Robinson would live in the same town.

The Trump Justice Department has recommended a one-day sentence for one of the police officers involved in the raid that killed Breonna Taylor.

The officer, Brett Hankison, was convicted on civil rights charges for firing his gun 10 times into Taylor's home.
