Very, very red male cardinal expressing "maximum borbage" shape. Body nearly round as a pom-pom or a Christmas ornament. He sits on a crooked branch in the falling snow. The red is a bold contrast against the white. The dark square of his face surrounding the orangey beak is so dark, the bird appears to have no eyes, just shadowy scrutiny pointed in your direction. The bird looks quite serious, with the exception of the tiny little glib flip of its feathers at the top of its head. One wonders if that is on purpose, or if it annoys the bird, like the way a middle-schooler's hair in the morning before school is never quite right, and always a frustration. Cooling green roofs seemed like an impossible dream for Brazil's favelas. Not true! Temps soar in Brazil's summer (from December to March). Low-income favelas would benefit from green roofs but there are two problems: Cost. And a typical design that's too heavy for a favela home.

Love the idea, not surprised about the creativity. Keeping my focus on the #helpers
