Athletes worrying & focusing on the “sexy” bits of perf. or rehab without doing the basics well 1st.
You don’t put the roof on the 🏠 before building firm foundations.
Marginal gains matter, but only when maximal gains have been achieved.

Guernsey-wearers itching to appear in Japanese documentary
Some 200 guernsey-wearers gathered in Town yesterday afternoon to feature in a Japanese documentary that will include the famous island knitwear.
Yesterday, filmmakers from the Japanese TV station NHK visited Guernsey as part of a documentary on knitwear
The traditional Guernsey - our own knitted jumper - is a staple of the island, and over 200 of us showed up wearing them!
