I’m not a fan of uncontrolled immigration. When I chose to work abroad for a few years I made sure my visa and work permit were in order.

The other useful thing that happened in hotels that took the homeless that I know of was the extra support available for residents to access. Often this is what they also need but find impossible to get. We need a holistic approach - time for Labour to push forward.

There is plenty of evidence that not eating breakfast and using time restricted eating improves health. For the majority of the population, activity levels and calorie needs have changed since the advertisement starting. Less doing really heavy manual work, less people walking, etc.
