Hospital Chaplains are crucial partners and providers with psycho-spiritual first aid when things go bad for #medsky colleagues. Call them for a critical debrief, include them in goals of care meetings and rounds.

So last night on the first Sunday of #Advent I asked my family what they were hoping for…for themselves, for their relationship with each person in our family and FOR others (family, friends, community). The themes are universal and human.
