Roasted eels in spicy sauce. Product of Taiwan. Tough, almost leathery. Very sweet (sugar was the second ingredient). I heated them briefly to try to loosen them up but they remained tough. Not my fav!!

Now I just need to figure out how to eat these...

Bil got me more Japanese dines for Xmas! I loved these. Firm fish, mild flavor, great bite. And they looked so accurate to the box photo!! Excellent fish. I'll have to request them the next time I see him. I ate them over a salad.
