Elon a govt employee? If he is, he needs to be held responsible for the intense and number lies he is putting out with constant “if true then…”

If he isn’t then he needs to get the hell away from my govt.

I just finished it and it's easily one of the best books I've ever read. A good book at any time, but especially now during Black History Month.

Times are difficult, people are rightfully worried for the state of our democracy, the world sits on edge hoping the mad man won't start any wars. we have 657 days till the mid terms.

All we can do is try and be a comfort in troubled times
To that end we try and keep the politics to a minimum.

The five trillion is also a subsidy when what we should be doing is focussing on an up to date system that can be scaled and decentralized so that long range transmission is obsolete using a range of renewable energy sources.

There is a solution.
And it doesn't cost taxpayers one single additional dime.

Take the subsidies currently feeding fat cats in the fossil fuel industry and used them to build a new, cheaper, more efficient publicly owned grid, induction charging highways.

Sounds about right

The censorship on Twitter is astounding. We're seeing a 98% drop in engagement last week over the same week two years ago. From a little over a 1,000,000 views a week to less than 17,000.

When they talk about privatizing Veterans’ care and Medicare, they mean allowing companies to provide healthcare for a profit.

But how do companies make those profits? By *denying* care to many who need it.

Don’t get fooled by the “privatization” label. It means “for profit” and YOU are the cost.

Post: Freddy Mercury died of AIDS 33 years ago today. With modern medical technology, he likely would have lived. Never forget how much progress against major infectious disease has been made in a short time. We are at risk now of rolling back much of that progress.

We’re not going back.

Epic capture ….Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona ✨👏✨😎✨

When I was a child, I learned that the Constitution didn’t apply to people like us. I said the Pledge of Allegiance from inside a barbed wire camp, the words “with liberty and justice for all” wholly meaningless.

But I did not give up on America. I’ve spent my life fighting for its ideals.

The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.

A favourite walk: Further along the path, now the heather flowers have faded to shades of reddish browns; the late autumn mist muting the autumnal colours of the golden Silver Birch trees in the distance! Soon on to winter🕊️
